Q: Is the connection secure?

A: Yes we use a secure 256-Bit AES SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encrypted connection to ensure your computer & data stays safe and private. In fact the software we use, is used in several Goverment Institutions and Corporate Companies by their IT depts.


Q: Do I have to purchase the remote software licence everytime a technician connects?

A: No the software licence is FREE to clients and has no licencing costs. You simply pay for the time the SCS Technician has worked on your computer


Q: Can the SCS technician or anyone else access my computer without my permission?

A: No the connection software has safe-guards to prevent any connection without your permission.


Q: Will I be able to see if anyone is connected to my computer remotely and what they are doing?

A: Yes the connection software has indicators to allow you to see if someone is connected to your computer remotely (Your desktop background image changes), added to this you will be able to see on your computer monitor screen exactly what the SCS technician is doing at all times.

Q: How do I pay for this service?

A: You will receive an invoice via email or post with 7 days to pay via cheque. Alternatively payment can be made immediately via BACS
